1. Run the Tokyo Cabinet Server
-------------------------------

First of all start TokyoCabinet.  TC can be started in two ways.  IN daemon
mode or in test mode.

1.1 Running TC in Dev Mode:
    
    ttserver -host <hostname = localhost> -port <port_num = 1978> -log <logfile> dbname

1.2 Running TC in Daemon Mode

2. Run the Twisted App:
-----------------------

To run apnds as a daemon:

    cd <path_to_apnsd>
    twistd -r <poll_type> apnsd -c <config_file>

To run in non daemon mode:

    cd <path_to_apnsd>
    twistd -n -r <poll_type> apnsd -c <config_file>
