Hi. I have a tool that exploits Google Translate API for bulk translation of Spreadsheet rows:

Dunno how good does it translate japanese->english, but I know that at least english->russian works really well, better than many cases of manual translation.

If you point me where/how to get the source japanese texts, I can attach a zip archive with them all google-translated to english. Even if that translation would be of not high enough quality to be released, it could be still used by non-japanese speaking people to make the corrections.
