Back convert cDNA positions to DNA positions
One great utility of using -format region is that users can back-convert protein or cDNA mutation nomenclature back to genomic coordinate. To do this, one just need to generate all possible mutations for a transcript, and then annotate the resulting *.avinput file, and then search through this file for matches.
