Adopt RHS as dependency and incorporate some assets to flesh out the faction and reduce workload for maintenance.

Current considerations:

• Humvee to replace landrover.
• M113 to replace Warrior.
• RHS Chinook to replace ALFR chinook.

Mk13 addon is now obsolete with the better implementation of the same system by Bohemia.
Replace references to weapon and ammunition in mod to the new weapon as added in Tanks DLC

Units config to be reworked using Macros where appropriate to reduce code volume.
Consider splitting vehicle configs into their own: tb_alfr_ addons.
