BMA

This is a dev repo of the CBITE biomaterial atlas repo

The database will be build with MongoDB The server side will be implemented with Nodejs Front-end will be developed with angularjs

Add a new document to the database

There are two in-house developed templates (Jupyter notebooks) provided to either add a biomaterials screen or heart valve study. This can be found in the subfolder createData. Both notebooks will have multiple input fields which ask the user to give information as text input. Once finished, the gathered information will be processed into a json object and saved to the local folder.

Connection mongoDB js driver

The mongoDB database contains collections and records but the node js driver returns undefined as output

Elastic Search

Having an user input to query MongoDB will give some trouble in the field keys, text search is also limited. Look into this:

To Implement: show all study results

Study results can vary per study --> make dynamic card bodies that will be loaded based on the content

Spelling errors Heart Valve

In the jupyter notebook we have to rename:
Regurgitaiton -> Regurgitation
Number_of_cmplant_samples -> Number_of_implant_samples

MongoDB Biomaterial Atlas BSON has to be updated as well.
