Blank presentation after generating

Describe the bug
Sometimes it displays a blank screen and throws error in browser console after generating:
"Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token"
Looks like the index.js file does not load properly. File is cut off.
However, when opening the html file manually, it works as expected.
Maybe an issue with polka/sirv?

To Reproduce

run npx mdlaunch FILE
open http://localhost:5000 -> everything is fine
cancel server with ctrl+c
run npx mdlaunch FILE again
open http://localhost:5000 -> broken

Expected behavior
Should create and serve a working presentation.
