Allow the Tigo CCA traffic to proxied via Home Assistant to allow data collection

The Tigo CCA is hardcoded to use particalar IP address for reporting ("ds205.tigoenergy.com" == 64.62.250.194).

As such we need to be able to redirect this traffic to this HA addon to inspect the data.

This can be done using iptables with the following commands

iptables -t nat -I PREROUTING -p tcp -s <TigoCCA IP> -d 64.62.250.194 --dport 443 -j DNAT --to-destination <HA IP>:<AddonPort>
iptables -t nat -I POSTROUTING -p tcp -d <HA IP> --dport <AddonPort> -j SNAT --to-source <Router IP>
