Build a direct pipeline to pull data from Enviro-Net to allow us to merge sensor data with imagery directly.

We need the ability to rescale Geo TIFFs to various pixel scales, matching the geolocation of the target scale as best as possible. e.g. if we want to combine a 100 x 100 m image with a 3.5 x 3.5 m image we want to ensure that the spatial location of the downscaled 100 x 100 m pixels match as closely as possible between the images.

The images between tiles are not normalized to each other. Develop an algorithm to provide layer consistency across all images.

Mimic the soil moisture workflow to ingest temperature and biomass products

Take the sensor locations and assign the mean value of the image pixels per band at each location then return as a dataframe.
