同步 individual key

把 individual key 這個 cookie 同步出去，可以讓所有瀏覽器讀到同樣的已訂購清單。但是可能會互相覆蓋的問題，要想好怎麼辦。

可調整檢查頻率

目前是 30 分鐘，可以縮短。不知道網站 session 過期的時間設定，應該要設成跟那個一樣。

e10s warning

about:addons says the add-on is not compatible with e10s. Not sure about why because it'd always work on my machine. Maybe a simple repack will fix this.
