The idea is to get rid of GetNavigatedModel() which is a bit clumsy and not a good design decision from the start;
Navigate method should instead return something like Task. And have a parameter of TAppModel as well. No need to have a responsibility for instantiating an AppModel inside.

• Introduce a new navigate method: Task<NavigationResult> Navigate<TAppModel>(TAppModel model);
• Need to think about the interior of NavigationResult. Probably some sort of Result or something.

This is something similar to the Buyer wallet scenario.

• Add app model for the wallet.
• Add command that would fill the AppModel fetching the wallet data.
• Add infrastructure code to adapt commands into WPF commands

System can show products available for:

• All available products
• Price of each product
• Number of product items that remains
