Slack is deprecating some old APIs in favor of the conversations API. It needs to be checked that none of the deprecated APIs is being used.

While already checking the slack go package this should be updated to the official one:
old - https://github.com/nlopes/slack
new - https://github.com/slack-go/slack

The Slack dependency is still using the github.com/nlopes/slack repository which should be changed to github.com/slack-go/slack

Setup docker hub for automated docker images.

When using a cron command and providing only minute, hour, day of month, month and day of week fields the minutes are overwritten by 0. The check is successful as the seconds field is optional.

Expected: only seconds should be replaced by 0, independent if it is provided or optional.

For announcements (e.g. maintenance notifications) it should be possible to broadcast a message to all channels in which boggy is a participant.

When listing schedules and copying the ID it cannot find the ID when trying to delete the schedule as the boldness is not trimmed.

To be able to use JQL queries with a time field the JQL Builder needs to support this
