set them in the properties file

after changing the properties mTor should pick them up without a restart

make all warning/error levels configurable from the property files (like hard drive warning level)

i suspect the diskspace provider and free memory provider will send both a error message and a warning message when the error is triggered.

there should be a test for this and if this fails fix it ;)

please investigate

in test the properties should be changed via setters

there should be no mTor specific information in the util class.

the heartbeatprovider is better

In DiskSpaceMTorMessageProvider:

this in the readme or in the wiki

this is needed to start the client timer

mTorClient should read the default.mTor.properties and overwrite this with the mTor.properties
