Download SciScraper
SciScraper make use of Sci-Hub [Credits : Alexandra Elbakyan] which is a shadow library website that provides free access to millions of research papers and books. This extension works only with ieeexplore[.]ieeep[.org as of now. Currently this extension is only supported in Chromium based browsers.We will soon release a beta version for firefox. SciScraper also has the ability to remember important paper links and urls

SciScraper is compatible with any Chromium-based browsers
1: Download the latest release from
2: Extract the downloaded zip file
3: Goto Browsers Settings using three dots on the top right corner
4: Then Select Extensions
You may directly open extensions using chrome://extensions
5: Now, Enable developer mode
6: Click on Load Unpacked and select your Unzip folder
Visit the IEEE paper you want to download(ieeexplore[.]ieee[.]org/ ) and press the download button
