local-llms-analyse-finance's Introduction

local-llms-analyse-finance

In this project, I explored how local LLMs can be used to label data and support analyses. Specifically, I used Llama2 model to automatically categorise my bank transaction data.

Add a license so people can reuse the code?

Hi, have you considered using a license for this project? Legally, if you don't assign a license on Github, people are not allowed to do anything with your code, which I don't think is your intension. You can use tools like choosealicense.com to look for a suitable one. Maybe you can use the permissive MIT license. I also know that Apache License 2.0 is very popular for open source projects.

If you picked your license, all you have to do is add a file called LICENSE (no extension) with the license text to your repo. Github also has a handy convenience function for this.

Love your YouTube by the way! Keep up the great work!

Dashboard code?

Are you also going to publish your Dashboard code that is in the youtube video?
