I think the current implementation is somehow wrong.

The following requests to list apps or create apps seem to require X-App: appway which is what I'd expect:

GET http://appway/applications
POST http://appway/applications

On the other hand the requests to display, delete or modify an existing app require X-App: example which is NOT what I'd expect:

GET http://appway/applications/example
DELETE http://appway/applications/example
PUT http://appway/applications/example

As far as I understand the X-App header should only be used by the proxy server to determine the target, and not by the appway server itself.
