The progress bar just keeps loading again and again and nothing else happens.

gfycats natively work fine though..

Any idea what might be the issue?

Everything works great for direct links and RES expansions. Any chance it could handle embedded gifs? For example, http://www.gifbin.com/987901

When I try to go on a Tumblr blog with the extension enabled, it'll start to load but then redirect me to another page, sometimes the page is blank, other times it shows the "Share what you love" page with a button that says "Get started", clicking on this takes me to my Tumblr dashboard (Which loads normally)

For example, if I try to go to staff.tumblr.com, the blog will start to load, then after a second it redirects me to http://www.tumblr.com/dashboard/iframe?src=http%3A%2F%2Fstaff.tumblr.com%2F&lang=en_US&name=staff&avatar=http%3A%2F%2F25.media.tumblr.com%2Favatar_c36b653e187f_64.png&title=Tumblr+Staff&url=http%3A%2F%2Fstaff.tumblr.com%2F&page_slide=no_slide&_v=de9de7aa50a1a3c75f5d0d79eefde75b

If I enter either URL into the address bar when Gfycat Companion is enabled and hit enter, then it loads for a split second and then quickly returns to the blank new tab page.

With Gfycat disabled, the page loads fine.

I have noticed this behavior several times before, and I think that it is related to SSL. I believe this because when I change the original URL from https://bylc.cc/flag.gif to http://bylc.cc/flag.gif (removing the s), then the image loads fine and is run through the transcoding process.

(Removing the s from the t.co URL does not fix the loading, but I am not sure why. However, removing the s from a bunch of other URLs allowed them to load.)

Please let me know if any more information is needed.

gyfcat has a 30 second upload cool down timer that occurs every time a new gif is requested on gyfcat, the new viewer does not display message, error or indication that the limit is still in effect.

On W10 FF48 Electrolysis, the addon doesn't do anything useful.

GIFs load without interuption and the manual conversion spins infinitely. Is the development discontinued or is it supposed to work?

The code has no visible or available license, though the Mozilla addons indicates it's the MPL 2.0. Would you please add it as a LICENSE file?

When using RES, when images are expanded in bulk by view images(n) tab at the top, it lets load the regular gifs.

Not sure if bug or feature-request...

Test on Firefox 30.0, gfycat Companion 0.4b3, Windows 8.1

gfycat Companion appears to successfully convert the video - the info div has data populated for the gfycat video URL, and manually copy/pasting that URL into the address bar will load the converted video. However, the video is never displayed within the gfycat frame.
