Cache/Stash Service: Include URL query in local cache path about stealth HOT 2 CLOSED

As of 637c40a the Cache Service is now domain, path and query specific and is built up in a way that allows better integration with the Internet History setting. It builds up a database for each URL; and allows to have multiple downloads of specific URLs at multiple specific datetimes.

However, the Stash Service should only be used in a temporary and download-resuming manner; so there's no point in having a time-sensitive stash folder in the Browser Profile.

What's left to do is to verify all Reviews, and implement the Stash Service with a query sensitivity.

As of 86e9e60 the Stash Service is now domain, path and query specific and is built up the same way as before, with the idea that there are no reoccuring stashed requests (and parallel downloads or resumed downloads will lead to the same stash file being modified/completed).
