All public available text command should be available via Slash Commands

The registration of SlashCommands should be handled by each module by using the SlashCommandBuilder. Therefore a new abstract method should be added to the LocatedTextCommandModuleBase base class.

Through this way we are able to use features like the options dynamically.

It should be added buttons to the raid appointment message. These buttons can be used to join or leave the raid appointment.

Task list:

• Adding the message component when refreshing the appointment message
• Implementation of the buttons
• Disabling the buttons when the appointment starts

The fractal lfg should be reworked to support the following features:

• Support of T1, T2, T3, T4, CM
• Remove default reminder
• Remove deadline
• Add buttons (join, leave, reminder)

All commands should be accessible via the new slash command '/configuration'. This command should display a configuration dialog to be able to perform the actions.
