I need to figure out if this is really necessary. Sometimes it fails, sometimes it doesn't... I'm not sure why, but here is the message:

Instead of waiting for a user to download a manifest and put it in /tmp of host system, allow user to specify a URL to retrieve a manifest, but have this wait as a backup.

In 02_app_install.yml, the "app_install| satellite-installer (with embedded DHCP, TFTP, DNS)...also takes a while" task failed, but I don't buy it. I think it was actually still working in the background.

So I should set the first invocation of it for fail OK, wait a set amount of time, and then run the same task again.

Maybe use an activation key vs. waiting for user to log into VM to register and subscribe to the appropriate pool? Internally, can this be done with the staging environment?
