Currently you have to revisit the repository for the instructions. It would be nice if the zip had them too.

This mod is a great one but I have one more request to workaround. After I installed this mod my GTA: SA lost it's ability to adjust brightness. Please update the mod by resolving this issue.

I want to use this plugin to play SAMP. Since Coords Manager is a cheat, can you release a separate version that will remove the button at the top left of the window and will no longer support the program for changing coordinates?

If I try to turn Trails on while using this, my screen is black (other than HUD) even though I can still run around and hear sounds. Menus still work.

If I disable Trails but have the latest version of SkyGFX installed, the sky is always black.

I was using it for few weeks on my notebook with GTX 960M without issues, not sure on what drivers version, but it must have been pretty old. After updating drivers to newest ones today, the game doesn't load at all, something must have changed that breaks this mod. I can't get it to work on my PC with GTX1660 too, it's using recent drivers too.

Currently installed drivers version on my notebook is 460.89
Game loads fine without the windowed mod, other windowed mods work good too, it's just this one

I've had this in Vice City and San Andreas.
When pressing the ALT or F10 keys ingame without pressing any other key, the game freezes for a moment then comes back.
The reason why im reporting this its because im using cleo mods that some of them conflicts with those keys.

It's the ALT and F10 keys used for something else? Because i would like to have that fixed to stop freezing for a moment.

For some weird reason, this plugin doesn't work properly for me, without the WidescreenFix plugin, while i'm using the suggested Ultimate ASI Loader, even if i have the latest version of all of them.
More detailed, w/o WSF plugin, i always get an unhandled exception error message, right after the first game loading splash screen:

Anyways, i tried it on a C2D powered laptop, with 4 GB of RAM, a powerful enough ATI HD MXM VGA card and a 15,4" screen. The OS is a Windows 7 32bit. Oh and i got the same results with and w/o a gta_vc.set file.

with the file in my dir gta did not even start

With the modification installed, GTA:SA is capped at 60 FPS. I have a script that can unlock the FPS cap and go beyond 60 FPS yet WindowedMode.ASI is preventing it. Is this an intentional issue?

Getting straight to the point... In GTA III there is a bug in the mission to take Toni Cipriani to receive the "protection" money that will crash the game, this occurs when the cut scene is skipped, not skipping the scene is a fix, but this is not the best way. What happens? Instead of showing the car leaving the garage, the screen will be stuck in a first-person view showing the street with Toni talking in the background, and only the "Esc" button will respond.

In the VC on the mission to kill Ricardo Diaz, when he (Diaz) goes to look at the monitors the game will freeze and no command will respond, and none of the usual means of closing any programs will work, so the PC will be 100% frozen and the only solution will be to unplug it. Yes, this is a serious bug!

All of this occurred in retail version 1.0 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit with the latest version of SilentPatch applied, a file was also applied to transform the games into portable versions, and of course the widescreen mod was also applied into the mix , along with the latest version of "ModLoader" to load a PT-BR translation.

Anyway, the solution to fix these bugs is to use "III.VC.SA.WindowedMode", and obviously play in windowed mode. =)

I have to say a huge thank you to the developer for creating this top notch mod! If it weren't for him there would be no other solution to these annoying bugs. I hope this information helps others in some way, as I had to rack my brains to find a viable solution. All over the internet there is no solution for this, and trolls everywhere recommend buying the Steam version, which is no longer for sale.

It's like it's not even installed, with 1.5 on the other hand everything seems to be fine. No issues at all with SA while using the same file.

I tried installing windowed mode, and it just causes this during gameplay.

Can you implement it? So you don't have to press alt+enter every time you launch the game.

"doRadiosity=1" in SkyGfx + III.VC.SA.WindowedMode.asi = Crash before render something after load.

I've tried this for GTA III and VC and I get nothing but crashes to desktop every time I start a game.
