Try turning them off one by one and see which causes it.

It's HandbrakeCamFix.
If you enable it, and play around with in-game HardbrakeCam parameter, there is no difference at all, in all cases car will have this effect.

I see, it's a weird "fix" anyway, and only works with gamepad or keyboard only, don't remember, and doesn't really do what it's supposed to. I disabled it.

- I thought it's meant to fix spinning camera during handbrake, but after enabling my camera was spinning all around still.
- with gamepad or keyboard only means if KB+PAD connected I may even don't work at all?
