Load more episodes
When someone clicks 'Load More Episodes' at the bottom, we should actually catch that click and load more episodes!

Fix Josh and Ben metadata for the sidebar.
Cache rss feed and serve it up
Currently the rss feed is generated by simplecast and served from their URL. I would rather grab that every few minutes and just serve a static copy up from the app using iron router or some such.

Page Title Is Still 'Meteor Club Podcast'
Even though client/index.html was edited to replace 'Meteor Club' with 'Crater' here, the page title is still 'Meteor Club Podcast'.
Perhaps this is set somewhere on your hosting environment?
