Text analysis/mining using R and basically using Google Speech API to transcribe speech-to-text from audio file phone calls into text files. Take text files and combine them to analyze. This is very basic, no machine learning or AI other than using simply tidying of text and using text mining packages as well as a wordcloud, cluster, and going to work on topic modeling next.
