Break things up into methods

Set this up on a server. Eventually want to have webhooks to save on API calls.

If there is a comment such as this one, it would not reply to it.

The bot should maybe give some prompt response about its too much to parse, but offer to parse certain files if they are important.

Right now each script has to be run, and it will post on anything new, just once. It should check every X seconds, or on some kind of subscription from github? Do you know what the best option would be?

There should be a setup wizard to create a configuration file with all the info needed.

It would be great if the CRGPT could review source files and post its own issues by itself. Also would be good if the CR bot could reply to itself in this case.

When there is a quoted reply, the bot doesn't understand that I'm quoting something else and it might reply to me, but it reads what I quoted instead of my reply. Can you help me figure out how to tell gpt3 how to "see" indented text as a quote not as a main comment?

A suggestion would be to always give some context of the bot about the github project. This could get hard though, as some entries might get too large.

maybe each bot needs to have a memory store where it can have summarized information that it can pull up and put together. What do you think?

There should be a depedencies.txt. Probably also have an installer.py as well. What are some best practices?
