Float to Int conversion wrong

Whenever the message becomes more than 6-7 characters, it outputs gibberish when it tries to reconstruct the original message. This is due to the fact that when it divides, it performs float division which doesn't have infinite precision in Python and so when it's converted to int, it results in the wrong value.

Last character of retrieved plaintext wrong

Even though the float division doesn't happen anymore, the last character of the plaintext is still inaccurate. Even when the size of the message is increased to be a really big value, the last character is the only one that keeps being inaccurate.
