Responsive not working on Outlook app on IOS

The responsive 2 col to 1 col on mobile are not working on Outlook app on IOS.
It stay 2 col on mobile where it should only be 1 col.
Is there a fix for this problem?
I testet this in litmus with boiler template and 2 col element

Add lang="en" to first wrapping container after the `<body>`

This was recently discussed in the #emailgeeks slack channel. Web clients like Gmail are going to strip and ignore both the <html> and <body> tags so the lang attribute gets lost. It seems like the best practice would be to apply the lang attribute to both the <html> tag and the main wrapping container after the <body> tag.

Email Breaks in Office 365 Exchange

I am using Acorn Framework and its wonderful! But I am having an issue with Office 365 exchange e-mail client. It renders fine on Outlook.com mail and the other major clients, but for some reason, it's breaking in Office 365 exchange and added an erroneous box outside the container. Please see the screenshot. Any ideas what may be causing that and a solution? Any help is greatly appreciated!
