We cannot see the images on Tableau Server (2019.4.2) but they are visible in Tableau Desktop (2019.4.2) workbooks. Nevertheless with Desktop 2019.4.2 this extension behaves strange, too (very slow to load - if even...)
It was tested on Desktop 2019.1 and the extension works on that version
The permissions have been checked; the image viewer extension link is added in all Tableau environments and full data access is already allowed; Tableau Server has access to where the images are stored. It worked previously (Server 2019.1) looks like the update to new server broke this extension
Maybe the quickest way for this to be fixed is to update the framework used to build the extension.
Could you please check if it is possible to upgrade to a later version of tableau extension library?
