Add metatdata

Add metadata partial for <head> block and check book.yml info

Internal anchor links open in Safari even when in web app mode on iPhone

In configuring the report as a web app for Apple (<meta content='yes' name='apple-mobile-web-app-capable'>) everything seems to work okay except that internal anchor links (#lesson-1) open in Safari rather than within the web app. You can see the behavior in the two grid pages, which are all triggered with anchor links, and on the Three Approaches page, with the top <li>s which are anchor links to sections in the content below. Other internal links, from chapter to chapter, seem to behave as expected.

The same image opens in Photoswipe no matter which image you click

Right now, clicking on any image in a page that's meant to come up in a Photoswipe viewer opens the same image every time, 0 in the image array for that page. Though the other images are present in the scroll through in the Photoswipe viewer Think it's something in lightBoxSetup() in ui.js that needs adjusting?
