Need to break out realDrink into realBeer and realWhiskey/liquer

• Switch realDrink for realBeer or something that works.
• Added new real commands to real.coffee help/command list

Bot should respond to good/bad $botname but responds to any mention of good or bad (and other keywords)

Want to keep the curated image list, but maybe look at another repo that the json files get referenced from?

• Allows for updating images without code releases
• Images need internet connection to work, so why not have the list be non-local?
