1 - when I am trying to download the wallpapers, I am getting a toast message saying directory, not found (which is wallpaperx folder ) so created that folder. after that, I got a permission issue by toast message so I go to the settings and give the permission. now wallpapers are started downloading to that folder

Suggestions -> I don't think it's allowed anymore to create a folder for some particular media-related task so I think wallpapers should be downloaded in the Pictures folder which is provided by Android. || We should ask for permission by using dialog like other apps. so we don't need to go in settings for that.

NOTE -
Also, I did all the tests on an Android 9 device so there is maybe a possibility that the download feature is not gonna work on Android 11+ devices

2 - When I am setting a wallpaper in the lock screen it's not changed instantly, after restarting the device changed wallpaper is visible. (Maybe it's my device problem but check it out too)

Currently git hooks need to be installed manually by running git tasks.
Attach it to the build script so that whenever a new clone is made and build, this hooks automatically gets installed.

Note: You'll be automatically be unassigned after three days of inactivity.

Cyrrently image is being picked from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/divyansh-dxn/WallpaperX/main/assets/icons/ic_launcher_round/android/res/mipmap-xxxhdpi/ic_launcher_round.png but it is throwing 404.

Either add it directly to the readme or add a reference link to some accesible asset.

Replace default logging mechanism with Timber library

Currently settings screen is empty. Add a preferences screen with some dummy preferences.

• I tried o find a place where I can put the API key but was not able to find it. so please tell me where should I put the API key in the code. you can update your README file for this.
• If this bug is not elated to the API key tell me what is it about.
