Notice in Lab3 - Get

When start to Get op and leader changed and entry not apply to the new leader, we should make sure the commited entry applied. So we write Get entry to new leader and let the entry applied.

Notice in Lab3 - PutAppend

Please notice following things about PutAppend :

The entry commited and apply to the leader
can not make sure that the entry appled to other raft server

Please think about following questions:

What will happen when PutAppend RPC call return failure? - The entry may commited or not
What will happen when index is not -1 but leader changed?

Figure8(unreliable) test case not pass always.

The probability of passing Figure8(unreliable) is lager than 80%, Because of the unreliable network which make follower start election frequently and have little time to find correct prevIndex.
