For slow processes (particularly setting up for the first time), it can be annoying to not get any sense of how long it will take or if it is still working.

It would be good to be able to select a specific browser, not necessarily the default. It would likely be best to do this via the config file so it doesn't have to prompt every time on start up.

It could also be better to at least print the url with token so that if a different browser is desired, the full url is easily available.
