Implement / fix keymapping for Mac OS X

Seems like Alt+{key} won't work for Mac due to different char codes.

hangs immediately after invoking

unfortunately 'e' hangs immediately after invoking.

e should take zero arguments

e should make use of the shell environment. Instead of taking one command-line argument it should use stdin and stdout to read and write to the underlying file-system.

Fix compile error for main(register unsigned int argc, char* argv[]) on Mac OS X

System:

Apple LLVM version 6.0 (clang-600.0.57) (based on LLVM 3.5svn)
