Currently Bencoin is not ERC20 compliant. Convert Bencoin into an ERC20 compliant token.

Right now various files formats that should be ignored, aren't. This has caused a vim swap file to be sucked into the repo. Remove the swap file, and provide a more well suited .gitignore config.

Change the name of the coin from MetaCoin to Bencoin.

Write tests for ERC20 functionality.

Bencoin currently has no readme or license. Please create these files.

Add ability for Bencoin holders to vote for the currency reserve manager.

Winner should be determined by plurality. A snapshot of votes should be taken every week, and if an address that is not the address of the current manager holds plurality two weeks in a row, that address should become the new reserve manager.

Switch from using vanilla Truffle's to the OpenZeppelin framework.

Add the ability to track and manage a physical Bencoin currency reserve via a smart contract.
