Working on wiki page https://github.com/kaa-ching/tbe/wiki/WindowsBuild right now.
Already filed issue #36 because the resulting TBE application doesn't really work.

The following is left to do:
- i18n for the app currently isn't working - but it isn't on Linux either...
- make a debug build
- run regression on Windows - and validate that it all works
