When inserting/updating or deleting a row, the time in temporal table is automatically stored as date from localtime. It would be better to provide a prompt or a keyword for query to use custom date instead of localtime date.

Reason: suppose you have a student enrolled but have to update that he now studies somewhere else but you come to know this fact after a while, say a month. With the current implementation, updating the student would result in valid_to being set to the date you changed the fact which would be wrong as the student got enrolled to another institution a month ago.

The project doesn't have any tests. Need to add tests using pytest framework.

I think using regex would be a good idea. Need to research on it as I haven't used it before.
