The idea is that health is getting better over time.

Types of exercise I am concerned with.

• Strength, Often measured by (Set * rep * weight), is associated with body parts.
• Cardio, Often measured by distance/ duration/ speed. (Running, cycling, swimming)
• Trek !? Measured by distance/duration again.
• Sports!?
• Stretching !? Not sure how this measured, so duration would do for now.
• Meditation. Duration.

Therefore types of measurements for various exercises/ activities:

• Duration
• Distance
• Distance and Duration
• Arr of Weight displaced * n

For Health, information like:

• Meals per day (Quality of meal can be expanded later). (int)
• Hygiene - Bathing, Brushing. (bool)
• Wake up time. (time)
• Mood for the day. (list)

• Minimum grow time is 10 minutes.
  If user tries to end before the 10 minutes, then fail the task, and don't add it anywhere.
• Maximum grow time is 3 hours.
  If plant time exceeds 3 hours, cap it to 3 hours, and show a success screen!

To be able to retrieve total time spent working!

• Area to reflect and jot down your thoughts.
• Indication of whether you exercised or not.
• Place to add your meals update.
• No MB.
• Work done.
• Tasks Created.
• Tasks complete.
• Exercised.
• Date
