Currently the thresholds can only be controlled by a percentage of the average price of that day. An option to set the prices would be nice.

When prices are relatively high and battery is sufficient charged you don't want to charge the battery but use PV power to sell to the grid.

Sometimes the interface does not correspond to the settings. For example the buy switch can be displayed as "Off" while the other charts are showing prices.

Solution

On opening the ui, check the global vars and change ui based on these settings

Currently when for example prices are low during the night the battery will fully charge. When the consumption is low it can be that there is no capacity left for PV power. Depending on the price this is not the best economic thing to do.

When prices are high during the day you want to sell pv power to the grid
When prices are low during the day you want to charge the battery
