Multiple initialize should fetch intelligently

Store the user id in shared prefs
if passed param is same as shared prefs, don't do network request. Return response from shared prefs.

progressBar.setIndeterminateDrawable code redundant. Move to common function

Use Activity instead of FragmentActivity

Testpress Exams SDK api expects FragmentActivity. Check if this can be replaced with Activity. Else provide reason on why it cannot be done.

Merge Course and Exam DB into Single SDK DB

Currently Course module and Exam module is having there own separate DB's. But there should be only single DB for whole app. So merge both DBs into single DB and that new DB should reside in Core module of the SDK.

setLeftDrawable is redundant. Move to common location.

Allow cancel dialog if no internet during writing exam

When writing an exam and if internet gets disconnected, a dialog is shown with Retry button. It should be made cancelable and user can decide to pause the exam and return to main page.
