Expected Behavior

Flow logs should be written to S3 bucket

Current Behavior

Due to missing permissions on bucket policy flow logs are not written to the bucket. Doc: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/vpc/latest/userguide/flow-logs-s3.html

Steps To Reproduce

Deploy the module with create_flow_logs set to true and flow_logs_destination set to s3

Environment

- Operating System: MacOS
- Terraform Version: v1.3.0
- Provider version: v4.5.0
- Module Version: v2.2.0
