Add warning 5.2.0.RELEASE for English

Japanese pages is necessary in 'terasoluna.github.io'.
Default is English and the hyperlink is going to be added in both pages.

Release 5.4.1

Description

Released English PDF file of online guideline 5.3.1 contains Japanese annotations "注釈:", "警告:”, "ちなみに:" and "課題:" which are to be replaced with "Note:", "Warning:", "Tip:" and "Todo:" respectively.

Possible Solutions

I think this problem is caused by the shell-script /guideline/conf/latexpdfen/ja2en.sh. (This script seems to be too old.) I think a fundamental solution is that replacing the script with newer one, and re-build the PDF file. But I already have a new PDF file of online guideline 5.3.1 which already replacing those Japanese annotations with English ones. I think replacing old PDF file with new one is a solution.
