Dots : Cross-browser inconsistencies

Due to the inherent differences in the way browsers render form elements, the patterns in the Dots Department will appear disjointed in many browsers. Even a single pixel difference in the way in which Firefox and Chrome render radio elements results in the entire pattern becoming skewed between browsers. The formalize.me helper framework has been employed to minimize these differences but there is some remaining discrepancy that I have been unable to pinpoint. For this reason I will only be targeting the Chrome browser on Mac for this particular department. Other environments should still render a skewed pattern that is interesting enough in its own right.
