we need manifestURL in metadata.json for updating apps.

The YouTube metadata.json should be including an etag so that we don't force an update after the first time experience unnecessarily.

build error:
External webapp notes.gaiamobile.org has a cache directory without manifest.appcache file.

We agreed with Mozilla to use Mozilla FB key in all the commercial builds.
We should remove our own key from this repository to avoid any issue in the future.
