The regex for detecting the Data-URL header seems to have problems. For example if I try to decode application/ld+json Media type I get an AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'group'.

Example:

data = json.dumps(json_ld).encode('utf-8')

durl = data_url.DataURL.from_data("application/ld+json", base64_encode=True, data=data)
print(durl)

# decode data-url
print(data_url.DataURL.from_url(durl.url).data)

I get the following error when installing data-url v1.0.6 via pip:

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'VERSION'

It seems the VERSION file is not being packaged into the source distribution.
The previous version 1.0.5 seems to work fine.
