FormFix is a real-time exercise form evaluation app using OpenCV, Mediapipe & CNNs. It tracked body landmarks during exercises like bicep curls, squats, etc. Offering instant visual feedback for correct form. Customized pose estimation and angle analysis improved accuracy, enabling users to enhance exercise techniques and minimize injury risks.
Our app uses computer vision(Mediapipe) to analyze your movements during exercise, providing real-time feedback on your form and offering personalized tips to help you improve. With FormFix, you'll be able to perfect your technique, track your progress, and stay motivated as you work towards your goals.
