There's more than a few ways you could accomplish this depending on your needs. Here's a sample page of options you can try: https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-run-linux-commands-in-background/.

Personally, I recommend the screen cmd: https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-use-linux-screen/.

Start the seeder with something like this: screen -d -m ./dnsseed and it will immidiately be running in the background.
To bring the seeder back to the foreground you can type screen -r.
To put the seeder back into the background again, press CTRL+a and then d.
