This is an alternate version of WinsFlow at https://github.com/asmpro7/WinsFlow
The original version uses an old utility called nircmd that causes some odd behavior with some applications, including FlowLauncher itself and Rainmeter, which I use extensively. This version eliminates the use of nircmd in favor of powershell commands, which is better at knowing which windows should actually be min/maxed.

1- install the Plugin by downloading this repo as a zip file and extracting to C:\Users\your user\AppData\Roaming\FlowLauncher\Plugins, restart FlowLauncher

2- Use the keyword

w

• You can use "w min" to Minimize all windows
• You can use "w res" to Restore all windows after minimizing
• You can use "w max" to Maximize all OPEN windows
• You can use "w tile_h" to Tile all windows horizontally
• You can use "w til_v" to Tile all windows vertically
• You can use "w close" to Close all OPEN windows

KNOWN ISSUES. I'll be working on both of these when I have time.
• Maximize and Close both use simulated keystrokes, ALT+SPACE, X and ALT+F4, respectively, so if you use remapped keys they might break
• The keys for Maximize conflict with the default Flow Launcher hotkey (ALT+SPACE). You can get around that by remapping your Flow Launcher hotkey
