Tools don't have a serverside cooldown check

Not a major issue but would be handy to some people if they don't want people editing their files to cheat

Example in gun:


local gunCooldown = {}
...

TDMP_RegisterEvent("GunShot", function(jsonData, steamid)
	
		if TDMP_IsServer() then
			if not gunCooldown[steamid] then gunCooldown[steamid] = 0 end
			if gunCooldown[steamid] > GetTime() then return end

...

Probably not the best solution cause I'm stupid though
