How to generate "Who-Has" request through YABE GUI

Hey @tblong,

I am trying to broadcast the "who-has" request through YABE but am unaware of how to do it. I have tried reading the user manual and google searches but no fruitful output.

I am able to broadcast who-is requests and am also able to capture them in Wireshark.
Now, I need to capture "i-have" requests for which I need YABE to broadcast the "Who-Has" request. Can you please help me and guild me on how to generate a global broadcast Who-Has request for the VLAN device object with the help of YABE?

REQUESTING INFORMATION FOR WORKING WITH SHIFT_JIS

While working with M172 PLC in Japan, I was unable to receive the Japanese characters correctly. The characters in object name are replaced with '?' as it is taken to be an unidentified character. The testing is being performed in accordance to the IEIEJ standard through shift_jis protocol however I am unable to determine the parameters requiring alteration for conversion from utf8 ( set as the default ) to shift_jis.
