Use SwiftMailer
Currently, mail notifications are sent using the default PHP mail function, which has many disagreements. So, it would be great to use SwiftMailer instead.
It seems that the mail function is called only three times, all in hashover/script/writecomments.php, at lines 689, 763 and 782. No so much work I think.
